Lipton and Arizona vie for supremacy in iced tea

Lipton and Arizona were neck and neck in the category of ready-to-drink iced tea in the first half of the year, according to Beverage Digest. Arizona accounted for 39% of the category, while Lipton had 34.8%. Lipton is planning a "significant" push for brands Lipton Brisk and Lipton Iced Tea's Natural. The company also will relaunch Lipton PureLeaf, a premium brand.
