Online ordering service Seamless to buy MenuPages

Seamless, an online restaurant ordering service plans to acquire business partner MenuPages from New York Media next month, for an undisclosed amount. The move is the latest in a rivalry that's heating up as players including GrubHub, which last week acquired Dotmenu, aim to boost the number of restaurants that work with them.
