Purdue veterinary school program assists struggling pet owners

Purdue University's School of Veterinary Medicine launched the Good Samaritan Endowment Program, which provides basic veterinary services for free to pet owners struggling economically. Purdue's teaching hospital and three area veterinarians are part of the initiative, which is funded by a private donation of $100,000 and a contribution from Elanco Companion Health.
