Supreme Court could decide on health care law by early next year

The U.S. Supreme Court will have the chance to rule on the constitutionality of the federal health care law early next year, after the Obama administration chose not to pursue a full appeal in a lower court. The decision enables the administration to ask the Supreme Court to schedule the case during the term that starts next week and ends in June.
