Facebook has its uses for brands, but it's a lousy community platform, writes Richard Millington. Brands that build a community on Facebook may attract followers, surrender control of their community and have to wrestle with limited user engagement and negligible return on investment, Millington argues. "Facebook might be the easiest and most popular option, but it's far from the best option," he writes.
