Netflix buys billions of digital ads in Latin America

Netflix has become one of the largest online advertisers in Latin America, serving 2.7 billion online display ads in Brazil and 463 million Mexico is March alone, according to comScore's Ad Metrix. Netflix, which spends $450 million each year on global marketing, is also introducing more region-friendly service options, such as debit payments through banks in Brazil.
