Starbucks seeks 'Fizzio' trademark for carbonated drinks

Starbucks has filed a trademark application for the term "Fizzio," which it is expected to use for a line of carbonated drinks, as well as the machine that would make them. The coffee giant has been testing Lemon Ale, Original Ginger Ale and Spiced Root Beer in Atlanta and Austin markets, and has been giving customers the option of carbonating other drinks.
