Partnership aims to help health groups gear up for ICD-10

HCL Technologies is combining its ICD-10 conversion software with the HLI Language Engine to allow health systems, hospitals and other groups to prepare to move to the ICD-10 coding system by Oct. 1, 2013, as mandated by the CMS. "We believe joining forces will facilitate an easier transition to the new ICD-10 nomenclature," an HCL official said.
