Rutgers wants civility on its Jersey shores

Rutgers University is launching a two-year campaign that will include lectures, presentations and discussions to get students to be more polite and civil. One school official jokes that since some in New Jersey -- where Rutgers is located -- may like their "rough-and-tumble" reputation, the program slogan could be "Project Civility: You got a problem with that?"
