A new Twitter service, TwtRoulette, aims to put a Chatroulette-style spin on the microblogging platform by letting users see the service through the eyes of random Twitter users. The tool displays other people's timelines, showing what you'd see if you followed exactly the same people they did. Users can either browse a directory to hunt out celebrities or connect with random users. "By accessing each other's full timelines, we get to peek into each other's worldviews," says developer Shervin Pishevar.
