Protecting pets this Halloween

Halloween brings candy and costumes, but these pose dangers for pets, such as chocolate toxicity, bowel obstruction from candy wrappings, and injury from pet costumes that inhibit movement, breathing or vision. To protect pets, keep chocolate and other candy away from pets and be sure pet costumes fit well and do not impair the animal's normal behavior.
