Tax overhaul is a big issue for small businesses

Many small businesses feel they are being overlooked in the debate over how to revamp the nation's tax code. Many small-business owners include their business income on their personal tax returns, so they would be affected by increasing taxes on those who report more than $200,000 of taxable income, said NFIB's William Dunkelberg. "What are my tax rates three months from now? That would be nice to know. There is no certainty about anything. This is what they're unhappy about," he said.
