T-Mobile USA took its eye off the ball in dealing with customers while the government was vetting its $39 billion deal with AT&T, Chief Operating Officer Jim Alling conceded Tuesday in a speech to the Competitive Carriers Association conference. "We lost something after the AT&T merger was announced. We fell out of balance. And now we have to regain the trust of our employees and customers and regain credibility," he said.
