Colleges take the lead in helping students make healthy choices

To help students avoid packing on the freshman 15 and put them on the path to living healthy lives, a number of colleges in New Jersey are adding courses and programs focused on nutrition and wellness. That includes not only providing students with healthy food in dining halls, but also ensuring they have the information they need to make healthier decisions.
