Court: Ariz. schools should receive funding adjustments for inflation

Schools in Arizona stand to receive millions of dollars in additional funding following a unanimous ruling Thursday by the state Supreme Court, which upheld a ballot measure passed in 2000 by voters to guarantee school funding includes inflation adjustments. State lawmakers did not provide inflation funding for several years -- amounting to estimates as high as $300 million in lost funding for schools.
