S. American grape growers face ups and downs this season

More of Brazil's table grapes will be consumed domestically this year as forecasts call for a 4% decline in exports, while their Peruvian counterparts will see a 13% jump in exports, according to Chilean analyst iQonsulting. Water problems hindering production in parts of Chile will be offset by new growing acreage, leading to a 1% increase in production in that country.
