Task force to look at vocation program participation by students with disabilities

A report by a Harvard professor about vocational programs in the New Bedford, Mass., area noted lower participation by students with severe disabilities, suggesting a need for examination of admission practices. A spokesman for the state Department of Elementary and Secondary education wrote that a task force has been convened to address concerns about vocation programs, including admissions and access.
