Texas city manager prepares for "daunting challenge"

The College Station, Texas, City Council has appointed Kelly Templin as city manager. Templin formerly served as city manager of Seabrook and worked for College Station from 2002 to 2004 as director of development services. "It's a daunting challenge," Templin said. "College Station is a fast-growing city, and it's going to require a tremendous amount of work."
