Sartori to build $15 million plant in Wisconsin

Sartori Foods on Thursday said it will build a $15 million facility in Plymouth, Wis., that will allow the company to boost production, particularly for its specialty market cheeses. The plant is expected to be completed by December 2008 and will cater to Sartori's packaging, preparation and distribution center.
