Victory Fund to recognize Frank's 20 years of out leadership

The Victory Fund on Wednesday will honor U.S. Rep. Barney Frank, D-Mass., for being an openly gay official for 20 years, during which time he has become a leader on both mainstream and gay issues. "It shows in the clearest possible way that sexual orientation is not a hindrance to your job, even for a member of Congress," said Chuck Wolfe, president of the Victory Fund.
