California Interstate project will create jobs

Stimulus funds have helped to pay for a California project that will overhaul entry and exit ramps and add lanes to Interstate 215. Residents of the large suburban area known as Inland Empire hope the $800 million project will help ease the 13% unemployment rate. The project will widen 7 miles of I-215 and employ up to 600 workers each year for four years.
