IKEA aims to increase sales at French stores by 2.6%

Swedish furniture retailer IKEA is reducing prices at its French stores to entice cost-conscious consumers and bolster sales by 2.6% or more this financial year. The retailer also plans to invest more than $1.33 billion to launch 12 new stores and up to eight shopping centres in France over the next decade, according to Stefan Vanoverbeke, the company's CEO for France.
