Lifestyle factors can play a big role in cancer prevention

One-third of cancer deaths in the U.S. are linked to three lifestyle factors -- obesity, poor diet and inactivity -- and another third are linked to smoking, according to the American Cancer Society. Other lifestyle factors to watch include alcohol consumption, sun exposure and exposure to pesticides.
