Naviscan reports positive results from PEM study

Naviscan said a prospective study conducted by researchers at the Boca Raton Regional Hospital in Florida showed that positron emission mammography is comparable with breast MRI in identifying cancers. Researchers also discovered that menopause, dense breasts and hormone replacement treatments do not have an effect on PEM results.
