Good leaders have clear, coherent leadership philosophies, and know how to communicate them with compelling personal stories, writes Mike Figliuolo. The stories can be simple -- tales about your family life, perhaps -- as long as they speak to your core leadership style. "Define your personal leadership philosophy and use your personal stories to explain it. Your team will trust you a lot more if you do," Figliuolo writes.
