Naming a restaurant can be a complicated business and sometimes picking a moniker that stands out from the pack without being too strange serves to keep an eatery top of mind, say restaurateurs including Due Forni co-owner Alex Taylor. "People would mispronounce it, and the mispronunciation would help further the brand."
