Sports Illustrated taps video game for swimsuit issue promo

Sports Illustrated is using Electronic Arts' "Need for Speed" as a platform to sell more magazines, by incorporating two SI Swimsuit models and other SI mentions into the video game. The magazine in return will promote EA's "Need for Speed: The Run" game via an offer that will pair the game with a six-month subscription to the magazine at a below-retail price.
