Crackdown leaves patients struggling to fill pain prescriptions

Restrictions on opioids in Florida and at least seven other states are forcing patients to visit more pharmacies to fill subscriptions. A crackdown aimed to preventing illicit use of the drugs is making life harder for doctors and patients who use the medications to treat pain.
