Cautionary tale: Flea and tick prevention isn't one-size-fits-all

In an effort to educate owners and save cats' lives, the Greentree Animal Clinic in Pennsylvania shared the story of four cats that died after their owners applied topical flea prevention labeled for dogs to the cats. The product does carry warnings against using the product on cats, and owners are urged to carefully read product information before using it.
