World Series is a hit with advertisers

A 30-second spot in the first five games of baseball's World Series is pulling in $325,000 on average for Fox, which has sold about 80% of its inventory. Fox also is planning to use virtual signage, technology that enables advertisers to insert a message that appears on the TV screen while the game is in progress.
