Boys' bones benefit from from healthy eating

Boys who regularly consume fruits and vegetables developed denser bones, according to study findings published in the American Journal of Clinical Nutritional. The seven-year study found no link between the density of girls' bones and their fruit and vegetable intake, although other studies have suggested a link.
