Study: Flu spread begins with preschoolers

The spread of the flu often begins with preschoolers, who give the illness to older children and then adults, according to a new study. The findings support the need to expand flu vaccinations to children in the preschool age group, rather than only vaccinating older people or those at high risk of health complications.
