NASA gets OK to buy Soyuz spacecraft

Congress has passed a bill ensuring U.S. astronauts will have access to the International Space Station after the space shuttle program is phased out in 2010. Lawmakers authorized NASA to buy Russian-made Soyuz spacecraft for ferrying astronauts to and from the $100 billion station.
