Study: Sugar-free candy market booms

The sugar-free and functional confectionery market continues to grow in Europe, outpacing the sales of traditional sweets. In the U.K., the sugar-free market grew by 18% this year, while in France it grew 11%, according to AC Nielsen/ Euromonitor.
