Out German politician Guido Westerwelle is poised to become vice chancellor and foreign minister in the new government being formed by Chancellor Angela Merkel. Westerwelle, a former contestant on the German edition of the "Big Brother" reality series, over the past few years has successfully positioned himself as a leader on economic issues, according to press reports.
