Some states threaten showdown over mandated insurance

In a growing movement across the country, some state legislators are promoting bans on employer-mandated insurance to keep the federal government from making it law. Constitutional scholars say such measures may not stand up to an eventual court test, but they do lend support to opponents of the administration's initiatives, can be costly and would delay health care reform.
