Study: Smaller HDTVs becoming more popular

The purchase ratio of smaller HDTV sets, those measuring less than 37 inches, to larger screens, those measuring 37 inches to 50 inches, now is 3-to-2, according to a study by Retrevo Pulse. The same ratio was 1-to-1 just last year, according to the market research firm, which now is predicting a solid year for sales of smaller TV sets.
