Doctors get creative to help patients without insurance

As more Americans go without health insurance, many are forgoing routine care or delaying treatment for serious illnesses because they cannot afford care. Doctors say they are spending more time helping patients afford care, including offering discounts and payment options, networking with other doctors and accepting more patients on Medicaid.
