Don't let excuses get in the way of diet and exercise goals

Fitness experts say people who succeed in improving their health do not let themselves become victims of excuses, including the biggest one -- not having enough time to exercise and eat right. Instead, they do simple things, such as drinking water instead of soda and getting up earlier to get in a walk.
