New kitchen will let hospital serve custom-made meals

St. Joseph's Hospital in Syracuse, N.Y., has plans for a $6 million kitchen that will allow it to provide patients with room-service-style, custom-made meals. Jamie Nicolosi, director of nutritional services, says patients will heal better when they can get the food they want when they want it.
