Obama signs bill shielding workers from tax on phone benefits

The Internal Revenue Service will no longer be able to tax the benefits provided by cell phones that employers provide to workers under a provision in the Small Business Jobs Act that President Barack Obama signed into law Tuesday. In a statement, CTIA-The Wireless Association® President Steve Largent praised the legislation.
