Online retailers look beyond US, study finds

NRF and Forrester Research released a study that showed online retailers in the US are increasingly going global. Online retailers are striving to reach the 1.6 billion online shoppers around the world. The study found that almost three-quarters of online retailers ship products overseas from domestic distribution centres. Meanwhile, 17% use foreign warehouses.
