Ore. providers seek changes in pediatric wheelchair rules

Pediatric rehabilitation specialists say Oregon Health Plan rules governing wheelchair coverage for children need to be expanded. They say holding children to the same Medicare rules as adults is not fair because children have developmental issues that adults in wheelchairs do not have.
