Academics push Obama on food-marketing guidelines

A group of about 75 nutrition, marketing, medicine and public health experts sent a letter to President Barack Obama this week, urging his administration to finalize proposed guidelines for marketing food to children. The voluntary guidelines would outline limits for salt, fat and sugar in food advertised to children.
