Twitter will post ad revenues of about $139.5 million this year, about $10 million less than a previous estimate, eMarketer says. Still, the social network remains on course to reap global revenues of about $400 million by 2013, analysts say. "They've been taking it slow. User experience is very important to Twitter. That's why they've been very careful," eMarketer's Debra Aho Williamson says.
