Measuring the influence of the mobile audience

Figures emerging from the GigaOM Mobilize conference this week only confirm the rapidly building importance of mobile in the digital world. For instance, out of Facebook's 800 million users, 350 million typically access the social network through mobile devices. And nearly half of Twitter's 230 million tweets per day originate from mobile.
