Melting Pot to tweak concept for Saudi Arabian market

The recession in the U.S. led restaurant chains to take a harder look at global expansion. However, for chains such as the Melting Pot that want to operate in wealthy markets in the Middle East, growth means making changes. The chain's seven new restaurants in Saudi Arabia will have separate entrances and a divided dining room to keep the sexes separate.
