PwC, Fitch Ratings surveys reflect slowly improving industry

A PricewaterhouseCoopers survey of investors found that while commercial real estate is still regarded as a solid investment, the high unemployment rate and the general economic malaise are eroding enthusiasm. Other measures, such as a separate study of commercial real estate's net operating income by Fitch Ratings, indicate improvement in fundamentals, but they haven't reached pre-recession levels.
