IPCC climate change report is "wake-up call" for world

A United Nations Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change report indicates scientific agreement that humans must alter their actions to reduce greenhouse-gas emissions. The report "should serve as yet another wake-up call our activities today have a profound impact on society, not only for us, but for many generations to come," said Michel Jarraud, head of the World Meteorological Organization.
