N.H. school expands nursing services for students with medical needs

School nurses across New Hampshire are serving more students with disabilities who need intensive medical care during the school day, says Nancy Wells, president of the New Hampshire School Nurses' Association. One elementary school had to hire five new paraprofessionals and a nurse's assistant to help the school nurse manage more than a dozen new students with serious medical needs.
